What are jinns(Jinnath) and all these?

A Jinn is a creature just like a human being. The difference is jinn is not directly visible to naked eye most generally(with some exceptions) and they do not have a solid body like us. These jinns are also called as ghosts, devils, shakthi's, etc. Most people think that they are in gaseous form. Even though researches are going on, the researches yet didn't catch the complete physical properties of jinns. Only way to identify their existence is their interaction with human beings, whether it is positive or negative.

What is the life style of jinns? How do these interfere with life of human being?

Jinns live as families and small communities. They also have genders. They are of different types. They generally live thousands of years. Average lifespan is 2,000 years. Jinns generally interfere with human beings by settling in a part of human body. They communicate with human being by thoughts, dreams, sounds, smell etc,. Unlike human beings, they are active in night, and passive in day time. Their activity levels are also related with moon-calendar. Some of them are more active and powerful on full-moon day while some of them on new-moon day. When jinn occupy one's mind, it will inject its thoughts into the mind and sometimes it effects the working of persons mind. This is called jinn possession. You'll be able to study more here.
